Service advisor (Willie) was very good and helpful and professional, but service manager was horrible. KIA won’t honor their warranty even though I’ve had serious engine problem beginning at 75,000 miles. Will never buy a KIA again.

Mike was great! He took care us quickly and explained many things in how they work.

Service department is great however I was very unhappy that they built two maintenance plans into my lease. They call the two included oil changes “complimentary”. Far from the truth since they were over $225 built into my lease. They also added a maintenance plan costing $600. They told me they could take both out of the lease however it wouldn’t lower my payment. Not buying or leasing from them again!

Ganley Kia has a great service department. They are very knowledgeable and do a through inspection of my car each time I go in for an oil change.

Great customer service! Rachelle was extremely helpful and has been great to work with the few times I have been at the dealership for service. The waiting area is also very nice offering spots for working at your laptop or sitting if you want to watch TV and relax. They also have a coffee and snack bar to keep you awake while you wait. Overall, have been very impressed with the service received at Kia in Medina.

Terrible Experience – Stay Away! I had one of the worst car-buying experiences at this dealership, all due to an incompetent internet salesperson and an unprofessional general manager. Used car experience has not been entirely positive. Lack of communication from service department has been upsetting at best. Waited almost 2 months for a call regarding rear brakes and bumper cover, never got a call about work completed to pick up car on 1/12/25. Called 450pm 1/12 to find out status and told car was ready. Upon pickup no one could tell me details of oil consumption test. Called back on 1/13 to find out I needed to return in yet another 1000miles.
