Negotiated price on used vehicle and trade in. Negotiated 21500, OTD. Signed the 4 square as well as the finance manager signing it. I get back to finance and the finance guy noticed the mistake, which I previously pointed out to the salesman. I told them payoff on the trade, was upfront there was a balance on the trade. Owed 5k, they offered 2500. I made an offer of 21500 out the door, sales manager made a mistake, wrote the trade down as paid off and allotted 2500 as down payment from equity in the car. Beware! My experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing and I feel obligated to warn others!
From the start, communication was terrible. They didn’t return emails or phone calls, or follow up on any of the concerns I raised after the sale. Once they had my money, it felt like I was no longer a priority. The vehicle I purchased was NOT AS REPRESENTED. Important details were glossed over or completely omitted and when the issues surfaced the NEXT DAY the dealership refused to take accountability.

Went in by 5p left by 7:30 with a 2021 Buick envision essence! I love my car! Cody made everything so easy I’m still in shock 😳 i finally got the car i picked out and wanted no one pressured me into anything different. From picking out my car the test drive all my questions and they know i had a lot lol Cody and his team made my car buying experience so worth it and im extremely happy!
Didn’t have to wait very long to have my oil changed. Very polite and friendly.
Was great to work with at first but became xxxxxxxx after the vehicle was bought, don’t receive trade in money till months after, didn’t get plate at all and isn’t easy to work with. Sales kid left during the deal and nobody got ahold of anyone to notify that things would be behind and now are saying things that aren’t true and being arrogant.

They are friendly and helpful, good service. When you are waiting at lobby, they provide snacks and drinks for you, that’s very thoughtful.

I have visited Ken Ganley Kia for repair services several times over the last few years. Each time I have worked with Rachelle Weatherholt and the experience has been off the charts. She is a great communicator, is very dependable, and is a pleasure to work with. She goes above and beyond to help her customers (which is rare these days), and is the literally best service advisor I have ever worked with.
I came in for a problem with my AC functions. Mike helped me and took me in explained how long it would take. There ended up being a problem with the install because of the broken pieces and they lent me a loaner for the day until they finished. It was a great experience for something going wrong with mine
Willy Williams was the best. My service was done right and my car returned cleaner than when I brought it in. He was very knowledgeable about the service my car needed at 50000 miles. I highly recommend him.
So far, they have done most everything right. We’ll see if the holds up for the life of the car. If you can’t tell, I’m a bit skeptical from previous experience at other dealerships
We had a truly wonderful experience buying a pre-owned vehicle from Ken Ganley Kia. Our salesman, Stephen Green, was exceptional! We actually bought our KIA from North Olmstead. This is our 4th KIA. And this one has had so many recalls and issues. First my check engine light kept going off. The serviceman kept saying it was user error that I wasn't closing the gas cap all the way. However after it going off for a third time the garage manager switched the gas cap and now and behold problem solved. Corvay helped us purchase a 2025 Kia Sorento EX AWD- he had the vehicle ready to go when we arrived, was exceptionally thorough and patient with our questions, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home.
The financing went smoothly and was painless- I didn't once feel that I was being "taken" or forced into doing something that wasn't comfortable for my budget. The financing person never put pressure on us to buy additional warranties (though we did buy a few recommended items).

Victor was wonderful. He stayed well passed 8pm 2 nights in row, came in on his day off and probably walked that enormous lot 6 or 7 times. Was even willing to go out and get us dinner, and give us money from his own pocket to fill our new car up with gas! Above and beyond polite, curtious and such a nice guy. We will buy from Ken ganley kia again and again if we can always work with Victor.
